Anne Green, Ph.D.Anne Green is a licensed psychologist and certified health service provider. She received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from The University of Iowa in 1988. She completed her clinical internship at a consortium, where she received training at the Notre Dame Counseling Center, Oaklawn Mental Health Center, and Oaklawn Psychiatric Hospital. Dr. Green provided clinical training to doctoral psychology students while on the faculties at the University of Oklahoma (1989-1990) and the University of Iowa (1990-1994). She has been in private practice in Iowa City since 1992, and specializes in depression in women, anxiety disorders, relationship problems, EMDR, and consultations with businesses. Alison Milburn, Ph.D.Alison Milburn, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and certified health service provider. She received her BA from Oberlin College and her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Ohio State University . She received specialized training in Health Psychology at the VA Medical Center in West Haven, Connecticut. She worked for four years in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the University of Iowa seeing patients with a variety of reproductive health concerns and training OB/gyn residents. Her specializations include health psychology, women's issues, couples and sex therapy, and EMDR. She lives in the Iowa City area with her husband and daughter.
Jason B. Lassner, Ph.D.Jason B. Lassner is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified health service provider who received his doctoral training at the University of Pittsburgh and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in human sexuality at the University of Minnesota Medical school. He specializes in psychotherapy with adults and couples, is trained in EMDR , and consults with businesses in the area of leadership development and performance enhancement. Dr. Lassner lives in the Iowa City area with his wife and children. Amy Carroll-Collins, Ph.D.Amy Carroll-Collins is a licensed counseling psychologist. She received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2003. She completed her clinical internship at the University of St. Thomas Counseling Center in St. Paul, Minnesota and took additional clinical training at Boynton Mental Health Clinic, the Vocational Assessment Center, and the University Counseling and Consulting Service at the University of Minnesota. Most recently, she has been employed as a Senior Staff Psychologist at the University of Iowas Counseling Service for 3 1 /2 years. Her specializations include depression, anxiety, womens issues, work-family issues, phase of life concerns, family of origin concerns, and EMDR. Dr. Carroll-Collins and her husband and children live in Coralville. Diana Pence, Office ManagerMs. Pence manages all of our billing and health insurance paperwork. Steven Moeller, Office AssociateMr. Moeller manages all the appointments.
